October Snow!

Can you believe it? We got a decent bit of it this morning, but it's all pretty much gone now. The Pip did well and seemed to like it! If anything, she looked pretty darn adorable in her snuggly skunk outfit...

Fall Wreath

In the past, I've used a little square wreath made of fake nuts & leaves for the fall, but when I pulled it out of the attic, it was looking pretty rough. I didn't have the cash to splurge on anything new, so I turned to the simple, DIY yarn wrap wreath! Instead of adding a few little flourishes though, I decided to use some felt and contrasting yarn to make an argyle pattern. I planned it out and made it on whim, and I'm pleasantly surprised with the outcome!

I think it goes really well with the front door!
