Sleeping Beauty

I've already shared the mobile, but the blank walls above the crib are now filled as well! The clock on the right is the It's My Forest Clock from decoylab, and I fell in love with it long before I was ever pregnant. The detail is just so darling, but since it's small, I painted a super-pale chartreuse circle behind it.

The canvas on the left is a reprint of a Polish poster for Sleeping Beauty designed by Hanna Bodnar. Isn't it stunning? I got a high-res version of the poster over at www.MoviePosterDB.com, did some tweaking in Photoshop (to make it fit available print sizes), and had it printed on a stretched canvas from ArtsCow. I was a little anxious about how it would come out, but it looks so fabulous in person, and cost me about $30 all said & done.

I still can't believe that in a few more months I'll have my own little sleeping beauty in the bassinet below!

You done a wonderful job with the poster. It looks great. I love the clock. I've never seen anything like it. The nusery is all coming together for your little sleeping beauty.
