It's the Neon Cashmere Throw Blanket by Armand Diradourain sold over at the W Store.
Seriously. Delicious color in... cashmere. Even on "sale" it's prohibitively expensive, but I just love looking at it!

That look's super duper cozy but sadly I will never own that either.
You could make a patchwork blanket out of old cashmere jumpers, if you can find/scrounge enough of them. Even if they're worn out or moth eaten or stained in some places, you can cut those bits off - or sew applique dots etc over them. Then maybe back the whole thing with a piece of velvet??
