On the difficulties of picture taking...
It's not easy taking pictures (or doing anything productive) in my house when things like this are going on...
But I had another disturbance when I was trying to snap our holiday mantle. Here's what I was taking a picture of...

Festive! You actually have stockings on the fireplace...for once. I guess Kitt and I will have to put ours on the banister when we get there since there's no more room.

My dachshund, Daisy, hates the flash on the camera. Every time I try to take her photo and she sees the camera, all I get is her backside.
I have lots of photos of her rump.
