Basement Update and Dinner Party...
I've been putting in quite a few hours on the basement (our gameroom & my studio), and it's really starting to come together! Here's a sneak peak, but I fear it'll be at least another week before it's done- more on that later....

hahahaha don't get too excited! It wasn't a huge affair and we weren't totally sure how many would come either, so I didn't do much. It was just deviled eggs, the spinach dip with bread, Jesse grilled burgers and hot dogs, and then I made cookies and an apple pie for dessert. The apple pie was cute- used the Crate&Barrel pumpkin pie dish & I used the little decorative cutters to do the edges in acorns, leaves, and pumpkins :P
